This Members Only webinar on December 7 features guest presenter Mike Badger from American Pastured Poultry Producers Association (APPPA).

We will spend some time:
– Walking through the recent updates made to our online poultry map and chart that better reflect the poultry exemption regulations in each state,
– Explaining the exemptions in general, including the 1,000 and 20,000 bird exemptions, the Producer Grower Exemption, and Small Enterprise Exemption,
– Discussing the need for processing capacity and potential solutions.

Mike will further address his experiences with:
– How the regulations affect small producers
– A review of the standards for pasture raised poultry, common challenges, solutions and the like.
