Surviving a Farm Raid Infographic

Hi folks. Raids are a nightmare for any operation. It is important to understand your rights if a raid occurs and how to handle the presence of government authorities. Below is an infographic that you can print, post or keep in your pocket in the event you ever find yourself with an agent knocking at the door.

 

Additional raid tips:

  • For best results, make sure to call FTCLDF before any search begins.
  • It is also helpful to have your own witnesses on hand, if possible.
  • Before a raid ever happens, we recommend putting a “Posted: No Trespassing” sign at the property entrance.
