Membership is open to artisan food producers throughout the United States who make off-farm-produced food products marketed directly to the consumer.
Examples of an artisanal producer include, but are not limited to, cheese makers, bakers and those producing lacto-fermented goods in home kitchens as well as in commercial kitchens.
