Below are a few tips about the best ways for members to communicate with our team so that we have greater capacity to meet more people’s legal needs.

We will link your inquiry to your membership profile. This helps document the inquiry in your own words so we can process it faster and speak with our members sooner.
You can also attach one file to a contact form, so if you have a citation or notice of violation, please attach as this will streamline the process.

If you are calling during working hours, 9:00 – 6:00 EST, please call the office phone, even if your inquiry involves an emergency.
If the line is busy and directs you to voicemail, please leave a voicemail. We will be in contact!
🚨 Off hours emergency: during non-working hours, if you have an emergency (“inspector coming tomorrow!”) please call the 24- Hour Emergency Hotline: (800) 867-5891.

You can reach out with any legal question you have regarding your farm, ranch, or food production business to prevent problems.
Please do not simply IGNORE notices from the government. We know, you may receive an unreasonable request, or a Notice of Violation that must be unlawful.
Contact us at the earliest stage of any kind of ordinance violation or government investigation – this is when it may be easiest for FTCLDF to help you resolve the issue.
