FTCLDF FundRAISER Reception and Breakfasts

Please join us for our FundRAISER Reception and Breakfasts at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa at 201 Tallapoosa Street, Montgomery, AL 36104 from November 10-13, 2016.

6:00 – 8:30 p.m.

We invite you to join us on the eve of the 17th Annual Wise Traditions Conference for the Annual FundRAISER Reception to benefit the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund (FTCLDF) in Montgomery, Alabama.

Enjoy an evening filled with nutrient-dense, organic and local foods:

Pâté de Campagne – a hearty blend of pork liver, glorious fats and herbs
Mediterranean Chicken – moist, pot roasted chicken in its own juices, with bright herbs and wine
Roasted Marrow Bones – lightly seasoned and perfectly roasted
Grassfed Beef Meatballs – bites of savory, juicy beef delightfully seasoned and gluten free
Variety of Fresh Vegetables and Dip
Cheese – an assortment of fine farmstead cheeses, including P.A. Bowen’s own Prince George’s Bleu!
Accruements – fermented olives, pickles and mustard, sourdough bread crostini, gluten-free crackers
Fruit Tartlets – lemon curd with thinly sliced figs and clotted cream
Kombucha

Celebrate food freedom, local food, and the progress FTCLDF has made securing and expanding access to real food and food rights across the nation.

Tickets are $79 for adults, $49 for children under 12 years of age, or $119 for one adult ticket to the Reception and breakfasts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

FUNDRAISER BREAKFASTS

Enjoy a real food breakfast each morning, Friday-Sunday (November 11-13), of the Wise Traditions conference and find out more about how FTCLDF protects your farmers and food rights.

Oatmeal – organic, soaked
Oatmeal Fixin’s – raw honey, organic maple syrup, grassfed butter
Hard-boiled Eggs – organic, soy-free, hormone-free, pastured eggs
Pastured Meat or Poultry 
– chicken or pork, depending on the day
Fruit – whole and fresh

Breakfast tickets are $18 each, a three-day pass for $48, or $119 for one adult ticket to the Thursday night Reception and all three breakfasts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

CONFERENCE INFO

Consider attending the entire Wise Traditions Conference with a full array of speakers, delicious meals, and even a children’s program! The conference runs Friday through Sunday with special workshops and events on Monday, including an enjoyable farm tour led by Will Winter. You can attend the full conference or choose your day(s) and which meals to partake. Cancellation Policy

Life happens, we know! If you need to cancel your Reception registration, please send an email to [email protected] a minimum of two weeks before the event to be eligible for a refund, less a $10.00 administrative fee. After that time, no refunds are possible. If you need to cancel during the two weeks prior to the event, we encourage you to send a substitute in your place. Substitutions are always welcome.

Liability/Photography/Video Waiver

By registering and attending Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund events, you agree and acknowledge that you are participating in the events and activities of your own free and intentional will. You acknowledge this freely and knowingly and that you are, as a result, able to participate in said events and hereby assume responsibility for your own well-being. This acknowledgement includes your guest’s participation in the events.

The Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund plans to take photographs during the 2016 events and reproduce them in educational, news, or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund website. By participating in the event, you grant the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes. All postings are property of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund.
