So, now you see why we named this a PorkFest!
These menus were created by our Paleo chef consultant,
Ande Glass of Paleo in July and will feature delicious
nutrient-dense Polyface Farms pastured pork (and egg)
products.

Cilantro Pulled Pork Salad Bar
Build your own taco salad using slow roasted cilantro pork
