We invite you to join us at NOURISH, a farm-to-table gathering and fundraiser celebrating food freedom and local food to benefit the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund (FTCLDF) in St. Paul, Oregon. Rub elbows with America’s favorite farmer, Joel Salatin of Polyface Farm, and other real food activists like our own President, attorney and farmer Elizabeth Rich, and Champoeg Creamery owner and raw milk champion, Charlotte Smith.
While at the lovely small farm Champoeg Creamery, taste award-winning Pinot Noir, craft beer, and kombucha plus fresh raw milk and farm-fresh hors d’oeuvres; tour the milking parlor then milk a cow (and knock that off your bucket list!); and enjoy inspiring company and a four-course farm-to-table dinner (see menu) featuring Champoeg Creamery pastured beef tenderloin.
While you’re in wine country, create your own getaway: tour one (or more) of the 400 vineyards in the area, famous for Pinot Noir; visit another thriving small farm; or participate in activities for outdoors-enthusiasts and foodies alike.
Tickets are $1,500 each or $3,000 each for the VIP experience, one of four seats next to Joel Salatin. The evening is limited to 40 guests to foster connection and community. Find out more or purchase tickets here.
Tickets are going quickly, so get yours today!
