Onusic, Ph.D. Sylvia Onusic, a nutritionist and writer/journalist, spoke at Wise Traditions 2010 on "Traditional Foodways of Slovenia." Dr. Onusic holds a B.S in Foods and Nutrition, an M.S. in the field of Health Administration and Policy, and a Ph.D. in Public Health Education.
