On Friday night, join supporters of Food Freedom for a market and street fair in historic downtown Staunton! Enjoy live music, cause-friendly vendors, dinner by Chipotle, and help us, along with the city of Staunton, honor Joel Salatin and his tireless effort to restore and preserve food freedom.

Then, on Saturday, celebrate the mission and vision of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund as evidenced at the innovative and sustainable Polyface Farm, the Virginia home of Joel and Teresa Salatin.
