• farmers whose ability to engage in direct commerce with consumers is threatened by local, state and federal government interference, including but not limited to health and zoning regulations;
• consumer and consumer groups whose access to grass-based farm products is threatened by local, state, and federal government interference.

FTCLDF does not provide legal representation for members in matters involving personal liability where those matters are unrelated to FTCLDF's mission statement.

Consistent with Internal Revenue Service regulations, we cannot guarantee representation in every case. However, in practice, we will come to the aid of our members to protect and advance the rights of all to grow, raise, prepare, provide or purchase and consume nutrient dense foods.
